Domestic Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $10 applies. Orders are shipped using Australia Post and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You can track your order with a provided tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping costs vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and usually arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that international recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and additional charges that may apply.
Returns Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your FPV drone kit, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process:
Contact Us – Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@aetherfpv.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization – Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions on where to send the returned items.
Pack Your Return – Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Do not forget to include the Return Authorization number in the package.
Ship Your Return – Send the package using a traceable and insured shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Receive Your Refund/Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@aetherfpv.com with a detailed description and photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
Warranty Information:
Our FPV drones come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering electronic and mechanical defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, follow the return process outlined above and specify that the return is related to a warranty claim.
